DOVE RIDGE VINEYARD WEDDING | GARDEN THEMED WEDDING | DANIELLE & JOHN

blog symble.png

Danielle & John got married at a stunning Garden themed wedding at Dove Ridge Vineyard in Weatherford TX on a beautiful windy day in March!  Their wedding was one of the most unique and floral filled events of the year!  Not only was this couple so much fun to work with throughout the process, but it was such a joy to see their genuine connection and how much they loved each other. (It was ADORABLE!!)

When looking at venues, the couple had two requirements they wanted it to be near Fort Worth and wanted to be able to have an outdoor reception.  When they toured Dove Ridge Vineyard, they knew it was the perfect fit.  “We fell in love with the view!” gushed Danielle.  The venue’s property overlooks Weatherford, and it feels as if you are in the hill country.

DOVE RIDGE VINEYARD - CEREMONY

Danielle & John’s ceremony was held on the hilltop overlooking Weatherford. And a lush floral archway filled with bright pinks, blues, peaches, and yellow florals framed the couple during their vows.  “Looking back on our wedding day, the vow exchange was our #1 favorite moment!”  says Danielle.  And it was honestly one of mine as well!  The view, the couple and moment all made for an unforgettable ceremony!

After the ceremony, as the couple took pictures with their families, the guests headed to the hilltop cocktail hour where they were greeted with passed hors-d'oeuvres & a large pot of gumbo!  (One of my favorite cocktail food ideas yet!)  They then found their tables at the pink lemonade seating chart, where each tag had a different flower design, similar to vintage seed packets.

DOVE RIDGE VINEYARD - RECEPTION

As guests entered the reception, they found their seat under Dove Ridge Vineyard’s pavilion filled with a mixture of round and long tables, each with a float frame table numbers with vintage floral designs.  The wood columns were adorned with a rose bush like floral installation, and the sweetheart table was placed in front of the fireplace that was also adorned with florals.  All the reception tables had ivory linens; bright and colorful centerpieces in silver vases, frosted beaded chargers, vintage blue china, and light blue napkins.

As the night went on the guests danced to music from the Everlasting Sounds that kept everyone on the dance floor the entire evening, and the couple surprised their guests with a stunning firework show that overlooked Weatherford. It was seriously one of those moments that gave me goosebumps!  It was such an incredible night, and one wedding guests, and me included will never forget.

Congratulations ya’ll!! Thank you so much for the opportunity to be a part of your big day!
