Our services

Shannon Rose Events works with couples who value comprehensive planning and design, and trust expert guidance through every step of the process. By committing to a select number of weddings each year, we can hone our focus on each couple’s individual needs, and create a more personal connection. Although we’ll have a professional relationship, we want you to feel more like a friend than a customer, and we have found that this approach helps us create events that are more unique to you and your story, allowing you to truly enjoy the planning process and each other. We handle everything from budget creation, all design elements, hotel blocks, building the ultimate vendor team, and so much more!

Whether you envision an intimate wedding or a Texas-sized weekend of celebrations, we embrace it all. We’ve built tents on sprawling acreage, designed receptions that incorporated a stunning home, worked in barns of all shapes and sizes, and then some. We love working with our couples and their families to kick things off with a rehearsal dinner, keep things going with an after party, and wrap things up with a brunch. Because why limit the celebrating to one day? But it’s not just about the party, we’ve got the logistics covered from the moment guests arrive in town.

Personalized Details

We are deeply committed to crafting genuinely unique and personalized experiences for each couple we work with. The goal is to capture your essence and showcase your individuality through thoughtful design elements. Whether it’s a seating chart inspired by your love of reading or a late-night snack reminiscent of your first date, we view these details as delightful “Easter Eggs”. We find that these small yet significant details make the biggest impression on your guests, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that infusing your event with a sense of soul. Our overarching objective is to create a wedding that authentically represents who you are regardless of the detail!

Visual Design Process

We incorporate detailed renderings into every design proposal, leveraging Shannon’s architectural background to bring our concepts to life. These visuals provide insight into our creative process and allow clients to fully experience the design before it’s executed. This approach keeps our work innovative, intentional, and uniquely tailored, while offering clients a clear understanding of how each element will seamlessly come together.

Multi Event Weekends

We don’t just plan your wedding—we help design an unforgettable weekend experience. From the welcome party and rehearsal dinner to the wedding day and farewell brunch, we’re by your side every step of the way. Our goal is to ensure the entire weekend flows seamlessly, so you and your guests can relax, connect, and fully enjoy every moment from arrival to farewell.

What our process looks like

I use a phase-based planning approach that’s designed to make the experience feel intentional, organized, and—most importantly—not overwhelming. Instead of juggling everything at once, we’ll move through the planning process in clear, manageable phases. This allows us to give each part of your wedding the attention it truly deserves, one thoughtful step at a time.

Each phase builds on the last, so nothing gets missed or rushed, and you never feel like you’re drowning in to-do lists. Whether it’s booking vendors, creating your design, or finalizing the timeline, we’ll focus on just one key area at a time so that every decision feels exciting (not stressful).

This structure not only keeps things on track—it gives you the freedom to be present and enjoy the journey.

FAQ

  • Pricing depends on the scope of your event. Our clients typically begin at $150,000 for non-tented events and $200,000 for tented events, with our fee set at 18% of the total event budget.

Most weddings we produce fall around $1,500+ per guest, with tented events ranging from $1,800–$2,500 per guest.

  • We take on a very limited number of events each year—typically 6. This allows us to give each client our full attention and ensure every detail is thoughtfully curated. Our goal is for you to feel supported and cared for throughout the process, not like just another number. Quality, creativity, and intentionality are at the heart of everything we do, and keeping our calendar intentionally small allows us to deliver that.

  • Our team size depends on the scope and scale of your event. We typically start with a minimum of three team members, and for larger or more complex events, that number can grow to as many as ten

  • Yes! — this is our sweet spot. We specialize in multi-event wedding weekends and focus on creating a cohesive experience from start to finish. From welcome parties and rehearsal dinners to after-parties and brunches, every event is designed to feel intentional and connected.

  • Absolutely! Renderings are a core part of our design process and something we’re known for. Each rendering is drawn by hand, which allows us to clearly communicate scale, texture, color, and overall atmosphere—especially helpful for clients who find it difficult to visualize a space from words alone. Because our renderings are custom-drawn (not templated or computer-generated), we’re able to explore multiple design options within a single drawing when needed, giving you flexibility and clarity as decisions are made.

  • No we don’t offer partial planning. We’ve found that we do our best work when we’re involved from start to finish, allowing us to create a seamless experience and ensure every vendor and detail is aligned throughout the entire process.

  • Yes! We specialize in destination weddings across the U.S., particularly in Texas, Montana, Wyoming, and now Mexico. Our familiarity with these locations allows us to create seamless, experience-driven wedding weekends for both couples and their guests.
