Renderings & detailed design proposals

I leverage my architectural background to create detailed renderings in every design proposal. These renderings serve as a window into our creative process, allowing clients to truly grasp our vision. By incorporating this visual element, we keep our designs fresh and tailor-made for each client. Additionally, our clients have the opportunity to witness firsthand how each element seamlessly will come together, bringing their event to life with precision and clarity.

PERSONAL DETAILS

I am deeply committed to crafting genuinely unique and personalized experiences for each couple we work with. I strive to capture your essence and showcase your individuality through thoughtful design elements. Whether it’s a seating chart inspired by your love of reading or a late-night snack reminiscent of your first date, we view these details as delightful “Easter Eggs”. We find that these small yet significant details make the biggest impression on your guests, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that infusing your event with a sense of soul. Our overarching objective is to create a wedding that authentically represents who you are regardless of the detail!

JANIE’S FAMILY HISTORY

Janie’s family history holds a special connection to Las Vegas as it was where her parents first met at her Grandfather Benney Binion’s casino. To honor this legacy, we brought to life the iconic million-dollar horseshoe, adorned with lush flowers. As a nod to Jake’s profession as a professional bronc rider, we replaced the hanging million dollars with metal buckles, which served as unique escort cards indicating each guest’s table number for the evening.

MARY & ZACHARY’S TRADITION

Before they began a long-distance relationship, they picked up a bottle of Otima 10 Year Tawny, drank it out of a brown paper bag in the Public Garden, promised they wouldn’t break up. Then they walked to Tasty Burger by Fenway Park where their trombone teacher bought them a pitcher of beer and had a little goodbye party. A year later Zachary took Mary to the same location & asked her to marry him with a Tawny & when she said yes they went to Tasty Burger to celebrate.

For their wedding we celebrated this tradition, by having the caterer replicated the Tasty Burger for their late night snack & the same Otima 10 Year Tawny was served during cake cutting.

PAIGE & JUSTIN’S FIRST DATE!

In the midst of Covid, Paige and Justin faced the dilemma of finding an open restaurant for their first date. However, fate led them to an unexpected destination-the local Sonic drive-in, which happened to be the only place open at the time. To pay homage to this unique beginning, we recreated the famous Sonic cherry limeade, now with a delightful alcoholic twist, for their wedding celebration. As a special touch, each guest received personalized acrylic cherry shaped stir sticks, engraved with their name & table number.

BECCA’S GRANDMOTHER

Becca’s grandmother played a very important part in Becca’s life. When she passed away just a few weeks before the wedding I wanted to make sure Becca felt her grandmother’s presence in small touches throughout the day. We incorporated her grandmother’s love for birds into various aspects of the event. From her paper details to the stage backdrop, birds became a pervasive theme throughout the wedding. Additionally, we replaced the traditional bar adornments with bronze sculptures that belonged to Becca’s grandmother, and were adorned with floral elements.

ELECTRICAL PLANS

When we approach each tented event, we treat just as we would if we were constructing a building on your property. We firmly believe that every detail matters, not just the design elements. Drawing on our past architectural experience, we skillfully coordinate with the generator and lighting companies to create a comprehensive lighting & electrical layout. We take into account factors such as the size of the tent, and guest experience, as well as the specific electrical requirements of each vendor involved. We strive to make sure each event not only is visually stunning but also functions flawlessly, providing an unforgettable experience for all involved.

site planning

I hold a firm belief that the layout of a space significantly impacts the flow as well as the mood of the event. To ensure a seamless experience for guests, we create site plans for tented or private estate events, carefully considering the transition from the ceremony to the cocktail hour and finally the reception. Our goal is to create a journey for your guests, allowing them to explore and enjoy multiple areas of the property. By doing so, we aim to share the couple’s love for their ranch or private estate with each guest, making them feel welcomed and enabling them to fully appreciate the beauty of the property.
